Welcome to the second part of our conversation on shadows.

We start by digging into our emotions using the 'emotions wheel' before doing our usual lighthearted trip into our unique and often polarised views on life.

We (Josh & Has) then go deeper into exploring our shadow sides, diving into the what they are and some of the work that is needed to begin to tackle them.

This leads us into the topic of the Collective Shadow - the notion of our societal dark sides.

Such a big topic that we almost ran out of time on again...it's definitely one we'll revisit.
