We (Josh and Has) get back in the studio together for a lovely conversation as the sun shines outside.

We begin by exploring how we are feeling in the moment - embodying what is present for us both through the power of realtime reflection. We then explore one of our favourite topics of systems and habits as a way as a mechanism to reframe and transition from work into home life.

From there, we talk about the impact of trial by social media on the Depp/Heard case and its implications for how we judge as a society.

Given the economic hardships many people are suffering, we wanted to dedicate some time to beginning a conversation about side hustles and the importance of first exploring purpose through the ancient Japanese philosophy 'Ikigai'.
