Imposter Syndrome, life’s big questions and sweating deadlines

Do you have persistent feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt and fears of being exposed as a fraud?

If the answer is yes, then you could one of the many millions of us that suffer with Imposter Syndrome.

According to YOUGOV, 66% of Britons find it difficult to receive praise or compliments from others.  Around 57% downplay their achievements and criticise themselves more than others criticise them.

Imposter Syndrome is real and for many people, it prevents them from moving forward in their lives.

In this episode of 115 miles, we go deep on this topic, both from a personal exploration and also how it might show up for others.  Josh shares his framework for acknowledging and addressing feeling like an imposter and how to move through it.

We really hope it might help those people who suffer from it in a debilitating way and give them some perspectives on how to move forward.

As always - we are super grateful to all our listeners for showing up. Please do follow, like or comment as it genuinely makes a difference to our reach and will help us to continue to push the boundaries of our conversations.
